Hero was just laughing the whole time. When he learned that Brenth is here, he was like.. “Mom is really the president of your fan’s club! Ha! Ha!”
It’s not funny. Actually, his situation is much funnier than mine. But I don’t taunt him that much. I sometimes feel like the underdog. Being the only girl, the one who receives the most support and protection.
“At least, I am not obliged to get married right away. I knew someone who don’t want a commitment, what more a family of his own?”
“Hey. You should be thankful that they like Brenth that much.”
“No. It’s over, Hero. Being with Brenth again is soo impossible. There are so many things that happened. I really can’t see him in my future. Well, not really. But it’s just not enough.”
To be thankful for Brenth? I did before. But being with him now is just a cliché. History that will remain as a memory.
But of course, knowing Brenth, he will not just retreat. I have been saving gas for a couple of weeks now because he was really persistent in driving me to work.
Caroline was just laughing her ass off when she learned about mom’s intrusion. She was pointing out that things could possibly go back to normal and with how Brenth is doing, perhaps we might develop things to a better relationship. But I know that it’s not gonna happen.
Let’s just say that Hana is better off without Brenth.
